CONFERENCE ONLY Participant Registration without Accommodation

Option 5

Participant as SPEAKER

Please, register by 30th June 2006 as there is the deadline for submitting an abstract for the conference.

If you are selected (see information in “Call for Papers” document), you will be eligible to have discount on your Registration Fee depending on the duration of your speech:

20 minutes duration	Discount 2 100 CZK (75 €)
30 minutes duration	Discount 2 800 CZK (100 €)
45 minutes duration	Discount 3 500 CZK (125 €)

If there are two presenters on one presentation they will share the reduction.

This discount will be available in any of those options above, please ensure to state which option you want on Call for Papers.

Option 6

GUEST (HOST) INTERPRETER (Interpreter, who will be brought along with the Speaker or Participant to the Conference who does not speak English, Czech or Czech Sign Language)

Please, register by 15^th July 2006 so we can ensure you the accommodation in the Hotel OLYMPIK****

Discount 3500 CZK (125 €)

This discount will be available in any of those options above, please ensure to state which option you want AND mention you are Guest (Host) Interpreter with the NAME of the client(s) on “Special diets or things we should know:” on Participant’s Registration.

Accommodation in the Hotel OLYMPIK**** of 100 are reserved (50 rooms - 2 persons per room).

The first 100 who will pay the registration with accommodation will get the priority.

Once the accommodation is full, we will inform through this website and start accepting the second option (without accommodation) with a list of hotels available on the website.

The payment will be done in CZK (Czech Crown currency).
